Kang Tae-ho (Korean: 강태호; 16 December 1876 – ???), prominently known as Vincentius Kang, was a Chosun Guardian Tracker descended from Guardians of Heaven during the Judgment Day of 1619 in Hanseong, Kingdom of Joseon. A skilled private detective known to many as "Mister Omniscient" for knowing almost everything going on around Europe, he and his younger sister, Margaret Kang, were credited to be able to find people and items almost impossible to procure. It was later revealed that he and Margaret were actually the children of Kang Hyeon of the Goksan Kang clan and Sin Eun-ae of the Pyongsan Sin clan, immortal Guardians of Heaven from 1619 Hanseong who were posing as their extensive family, Eugene Kang and Emma Shin, when they arrived in London six years after the Judgment Day of 1885.

Biography

Background

Vincentius was born on 16 December 1876 in Brünn, Austrian Empire as Kang Tae-ho, son of Kang Hyeon of the Goksan Kang clan and Sin Eun-ae of the Pyongsan Shin clan, both immortal Guardians of Heaven of the Judgment Day of 1619 in Hanseong, Kingdom of Joseon. His parents survived the Final Battle due to being immortals after being Fed with the blood of the Izabran due to an incident involving the great demon Asmodeus, which was trapped within his father's body for so long before being expelled with the conversion after his mother was mortally wounded in trial to save his father early on.

When he was roughly two years old, his younger sister, Kang Hye-rim, was born. Aside from her, he had three older siblings who were long dead: Kang Tae-hyun, Kang Hye-young and Kang Tae-sung. Later on, he would further have three other siblings born in different generations: Kang Hye-in, Kang Hye-soo and Kang Tae-won.

As a child, Tae-ho and Hye-rim were trained in the arts of being a Descendant Guardian and were fully aware of their parents' immortality. Their parents' existence as such resulted for them to change places before anyone noticed their ageless features; at the same time, it protected them from being hunted down by others as their parents were considered stronger than others due to the years of survival.

In time, he and Hye-rim started reaching the age that equaled their parents when they became immortal, resulting for them to start posing as relatives; their father as a paternal cousin, and their mother as a maternal cousin.
